WhataHoot is a gin distillery based in Norfolk, England, producing hand-distilled spirits using locally sourced botanicals alongside classic gin ingredients. The Signature Dry Gin is built on a traditional London Dry structure — juniper, coriander, citrus — enhanced with Norfolk sea samphire and lavender for a coastal, aromatic character.

The range also includes a Tawny Orange Gin, made by steeping whole oranges directly into the spirit for a rich marmalade-like profile, and a limited-edition Strawberry & Passion Fruit Gin crafted in small batches.
