Vinified in stainless steel with gentle extraction to preserve freshness and drinkability.

Style: A light, refreshing red with bright red fruit notes (cherry, redcurrant) and a subtle spicy touch. Highly approachable and easy-drinking, with low alcohol, soft tannins, and short maceration - a perfect summer red.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, with grilled dishes, charcuterie, and goat cheese. Particularly appealing for its lighter, lower-alcohol profile - well-suited to spring and warm-weather drinking. A great option for chilled red programs, by-the-glass listings, and casual venues seeking fresh, low-alcohol, food-friendly reds.

Mas d'Aurel

Mas d'Aurel

Gaillac, Southwest France, France

Indigenous Southwest varietals from one of France's oldest wine regions.

Mas d'Aurel is an estate in the Gaillac appellation in the Tarn department of southwest France, one of the country's oldest wine regions. The domaine works primarily with indigenous local varieties: Loin de l'Oeil, Duras, Braucol, and Muscadelle — grapes rarely found outside Gaillac. The Loin de l'Oeil is the estate's signature white, aged in oak and acacia barrels with fine lees work to add texture and complexity. The Cuvée Alexandra — a blend of Braucol and Merlot from high-altitude clay-limestone soils — earned a star in the Guide Hachette 2023 and a gold at the Concours Gaillac 2024.
