Domaine Gauby

Orange

IGP Côtes Catalanes, France

Muscat Petit Grain

1

An organic Muscat from limestone and schist soils in Calce, sourced from old vines (5 to 80 years old), vinified with whole-cluster maceration and indigenous yeasts, then aged in old foudres and concrete tanks.

Style: A dry, textured and highly distinctive Mediterranean white, combining aromatic intensity with freshness, saline tension and subtle phenolic grip - far from a conventional Muscat profile.

Pairings: Excellent with raw seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, spicy dishes, grilled vegetables and contemporary sharing plates. Particularly suited to natural wine bars, sommelier-driven restaurants and adventurous wine programs.

Domaine Gauby

Roussillon, France

Old-vine, organic Roussillon from one of the region's most respected estates.

Domaine Gauby is based in the village of Calce in the Pyrénées-Orientales, in the Roussillon region of southern France. The estate is widely regarded as one of the benchmarks for Roussillon and natural wine in the South of France more broadly, farming organically with old vines on limestone, clay-limestone, and schist soils. Vines range from 5 to 80 years of age. Wines are made with whole-cluster maceration and indigenous yeasts, then aged in old foudres and concrete tanks. The Jasse — a dry, skin-contact Muscat Petit Grain — is a remarkable departure from conventional Muscat, combining aromatic intensity with saline tension and phenolic grip.
