Accolades: 91 James Suckling

A gastronomic rosé from old vines, crafted with great precision (parcel selection, low yields), delivering aromatic intensity and solid structure.

Style: A structured, age-worthy rosé combining freshness, breadth, and complexity - far from a purely light style, with a true food-oriented dimension.

Pairings: With grilled fish, Mediterranean cuisine, shellfish, poultry, as well as spiced dishes or chef-driven cuisine - a rosé capable of carrying through an entire meal. A strong fit for premium, food-focused wine lists and pairing menus.

Clos Mirages

Clos Mirages

Côtes de Provence, France

Small-production Provence estate: old-vine rosé and a rare Rolle blanc.

Clos Mirages is a small Côtes de Provence estate producing wines in strictly limited quantities. The flagship white — a 100% Rolle (Vermentino) — is made in only 1,300 bottles per year and is described by the estate as its premier cuvée, balancing tension and texture. The rosé, blending 60% Mourvèdre with 40% Grenache from old vines, is a structured, age-worthy example with genuine food-carrying capacity — far from a simple patio rosé. It received 91 points from James Suckling.
