Service Area

JST Wine & Spirits currently delivers within the Province of Ontario only. Delivery to addresses outside Ontario is not available. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our service area, contact us before placing an order.

Carrier

Deliveries are arranged through licensed couriers and logistics partners authorised to transport alcohol in Ontario. The specific carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your order confirmation or shipping notification. JST selects carriers based on product type, order size, and delivery address.

Delivery Timelines

Because JST operates as a private importer facilitating co-importation on your behalf, delivery timelines vary depending on the product's origin, customs clearance, and seasonal demand. Estimated timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates. JST will notify you of any significant delays.

• In-stock orders: typically 3–7 business days within Ontario
• Special-order / import orders: 4–12 weeks depending on origin and clearance

These timelines are subject to delays caused by customs, producer lead times, carrier disruptions, or events outside JST's control.

Age Verification on Delivery

Ontario law requires that alcohol be delivered only to a person who is 19 years of age or older. A government-issued photo ID will be required at the time of delivery. The carrier is required by law to refuse delivery if no eligible adult is present.

If no eligible adult is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice and attempt redelivery or make the package available for pickup at a designated location. After a maximum of two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to JST. In that case, a redelivery fee will apply, or the order may be cancelled subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery address, and are displayed or quoted before order confirmation. Fees are subject to applicable taxes. JST will not add delivery charges after an order has been confirmed without your agreement.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for all orders pass to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
